The conditions below apply to all contracts for the purchase and delivery of goods from ihermo.com
The conditions can be revised without notification and the date above will show the last revision. Please always read through the conditions before ordering. When you accept a transaction with us, you are also accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have received your confirmation of order, and it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address etc. are correct.
The agreement
These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions'') apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.ihermo.com The agreement is concluded between you and CE Hermansen, company reg. no. 933 337 731. Detailed contact information and other information about iHermo are set forth on the Website.
Prices and taxes
The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. Depending on the size of the order and desired delivery method, a shipping fee may be added at check-out.
Payment
When paying by card, the money will be reserved in your account when placing the order, and deducted when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. We offer credit and debit payments like Klarna, Vipps, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit etc. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. Payments made on our website are just as secure as payment in a shop. The site is secured by SSL and all card details are encrypted. That means that no one can read your credit card number, name or address when the data is sent via the Internet. CE Hermansen reserves the right to check card validity, address details of the purchaser and that there are funds available to cover the purchase price.
Delivery
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
International orders: You can expect your delivery to arrive within a week.
Norwegian orders: You can expect a delivery time of 1-3 days with Bring.
We cover all import duties & taxes for UK, EU, NO & US orders.
When your package is shipped you will get an email that includes a link you can use to track your package up to the collection point.
Transport damage or undelivered products: If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, please take a photo of the package and the product, and let us know as soon as possible and we will help you further.
Shipping Rates
We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We collaborate with Bring to get the packages to you in the shortest amount of time.
Exchanges and returns
If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date. Should you wish to exchange an item, perhaps for a different size or color, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. It's important that items for return or exchange are handed over to the courier within these specified periods, as these are the terms we operate by.
If you wish to return your purchase within this time frame, please contact us to start the return process. Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a link containing a return code and step by step instructions from our return shipping partner.
Please note, the product must be returned in the condition it was received: unused and with the tag intact. Note that using our return shipping partner involves a shipping/handling fee (except for size exchanges), which we'll deduct from your refund.
Size Exchange Policy:
- Exchanging is completely free.
Once your return is approved and we receive the returned goods, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

We do not allow returns for the following:
- Sale items can not be exchanged/returned
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition
- Products without their tags attached
- Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way
Warranty & complaints
If your order have any error or defects you have the right to get a rectification, redelivery, price reduction, compensation or cancellation of the purchase after Norwegian law. The right to complain applies for two years after the purchase have been completed. The defect or error must be significant before cancellation can be made and must be communicated in writing for reasons of proof. This must be done within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. iHermo will confirm receipt of all complaints in writing. Right of withdrawal
The Act on the Right of Withdrawal entitles you to cancel your purchase. The package must then be returned to us within 14 days. If you are exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. We are obliged to make a refund of the amount you have paid, including the cost of shipping. Returned goods should be sent to iHermo in accordance with the methods and directions set forth on the Website “Return & Exchanges”.
Uncollected packages
All our orders are sent directly from our warehouse. It is not possible to change/cancel an order once it has been placed. A charge of EUR20/NOK200 will be added for uncollected packages to cover the cost of returning it and handling costs.
Force Majeure
iHermo is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond iHermo's control, e.g. general terrorist attacks, labor dispute, fire, lightning, acts of war, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, iHermo shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and iHermo are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
Changes to the general conditions
iHermo reserves the right to change these General Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website.
Disputes
The Parties shall seek to resolve any disputes between them. If this is not possible, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council in the area in which you live. All disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law.
