How do I return a damaged product or request a size exchange?
For Damaged or Discolored Products:

- Provide a photo of the product and describe the issue (e.g., damage during shipping, incorrect washing, or weather-related damage).
- Ensure the IHERMO tag is still attached; without it, returns are not accepted.
- We will send you a return label to print and include with your package.
For Wrong Size or Incorrect Color:
